      Maison de Voyage offers complimentary express delivery for all orders. 

      The shipping time frame for express delivery is 1- 4 business days. This excludes made to order items including fine jewellery & personalised pieces. 

      For shipments too remote or rural areas including but not restricted to regional Northern Territory, Queensland and Western Australia, please allow additional time for delivery.  

      Orders placed after 12:00pm AEST, public holidays or over the weekend may not be processed until the next business day.

      Maison de Voyage delivery partner is DHL Express and all orders require a signature upon delivery.  Should no-one be available to sign and accept delivery, DHL will leave a card in your mailbox requesting for you to please phone them to reschedule your delivery at a time that suits you.       Same Business Day Delivery:

      Maison de Voyage offers same business day delivery for selected Sydney Metropolitan addresses for a flat rate of $30.

      Same business day delivery orders must be placed by 12:00pm that day. Orders placed after 12:00pm AEST, public holidays or over the weekend may not be processed until the following business day.

      Please note we will endeavour to have your order delivered by 6pm on the same business day you made your order (excluding weekends and public holidays).

      To ensure there are no delays, please make certain you have entered your complete and accurate shipping address.

      Postcodes eligible for same business day delivery include 2023, 2026, 2022, 2024, 2031, 2034, 2027, 2028, 2030, 2011, 2033, 2035, 2021, 2029, 2025, 2015, 2038, 2008, 2043, 2045, 2032, 2020, 2036, 2042, 2049, 2009, 2016, 2018, 2039, 2000, 2010, 2048, 2007, 2017.

      For all international orders, duties & taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Please note, these charges are not included when you place your order on Maison de Voyage.
