      RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY: AUSTRALIA

      Maison De Voyage wants you to love your purchases. However, if there not quite right, Maison De Voyage are happy to offer you either an exchange or refund for items returned within 14 days of receipt of purchase.

      To be eligible for a return or exchange, your purchase must be in its original condition with all tags, packaging, unworn, unwashed and in perfect saleable condition. If your order being returned is damaged or not in its original condition upon receipt, Maison De Voyage reserves the right to refuse a return and will be returned to the purchaser at their own expense.

      Please note Maison De Voyage does not offer refunds for shipping costs, made to order items, swimwear, jewellery and sale items, unless deemed faulty. All items part of our sale are final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged.

      Should you wish to return your order, please email info@maison-de-voyage.com with your order number and details regarding your return request. Please advise the reason for return and whether you would like a refund or exchange.

      From here, you will receive an email response from our Client Services team with confirmation of your request, a DHL express return label that will need to be printed and attached to your parcel, as well as a separate email for you to schedule your DHL collection on a day that’s convenient for you.  

      Maison De Voyage will do its best to process your return as quickly as possible, which should not normally exceed 5 days from the day your return was received by Maison De Voyage. Once your return transaction has been processed you will be notified via email.

      Maison De Voyage monitors returned orders to ensure our returns policy is not being abused and reserves the right to refuse service to clients.

      Please note it is the customers responsibility to pay for all return freight charges, unless the goods are deemed faulty. Should your goods be faulty, please email info@maison-de-voyage.com. 

      Maison De Voyage recommends returning your order with a trackable service. If an order being returned by the client is lost in transit, Maison De Voyage is not liable.
