Maison De Voyage wants you to love your purchases. However, if your purchases are not exactly what you are looking for, Maison De Voyage are happy to offer you either an exchange, refund or store credit for items returned within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Please note credit notes are valid for 24 months and cannot be refunded.
To be eligible for a return or exchange your purchase must be in its original condition with all tags, packaging, unworn, unwashed and in perfect saleable condition. If your order being returned is damaged or not in its original condition upon receipt, Maison De Voyage reserves the right to refuse a return and will be returned to the purchaser at their own expense.
Please note Maison De Voyage does not offer refunds for shipping costs, made to order items, swimwear, jewellery and sale items, unless deemed faulty. All items part of our sale/flash sale are final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please note it is the customers responsibility to pay for all return freight charges, unless the goods are deemed faulty. Should your goods be faulty, please email email@example.com.
Maison De Voyage recommends returning your order with a trackable service. If an order being returned by the client is lost in transit, Maison De Voyage is not liable.
Maison De Voyage will do its best to process your return as quickly as possible, which should not normally exceed 7 days from the day your return was received by Maison De Voyage. Once your return transaction has been processed you will be notified via email.
Maison De Voyage monitors returned orders to ensure our returns policy is not being abused and reserves the right to refuse service to clients.
